Reserve Your Date
A non-refundable booking deposit of $1,000 reserves your date and will be applied to your venue rental total.
Balance due 60 days prior to event. Payments are accepted by check (preferred), cash or credit card.

Included Amenities
12-Hour venue rental from 10am-10pm.
Two hour rehearsal pre-arranged prior to your event.
Two hour photo session at venue with your photographer for Save The Date or Engagement photos. Pre-arranged appointment.
Use of all outdoor grounds ~ fields, lawn, parking areas. Does not include the inside of the barn or farmhouse.
Use of 40’x60′ reception tent. Includes: ceiling drapes, leg drapes, optional walls with clear view windows, chandeliers and perimeter party lights.
Use and setup of tables and chairs. Layout of your choice.
- 20 round tables ~ 60″ diameter
- 1 round table ~ 48″ diameter
- 20 rectangular tables ~ 6′ long
- 200 white folding wedding chairs
- 12 bistro table sets
Use of Bridal Cottage with private restroom and air conditioning for wedding party preparations.
Use of Grooms Quarters wedding party preparation room.
Use of refrigerator and utility room.
Use of classic white arbor, rustic wood arbor, & gold circle arbor.
Use of lawn games ~ Cornhole sets (2) and Giant Jenga
Portable ADA restrooms with hand-wash station.
Waste/recycling service.
Onsite parking area.
Venue manager on-site the day of event. Facility manager only, not a wedding planner
